Ascentra Solutions stands for clear IT, effective delivery and honest collaboration. We are neither a traditional consultancy nor a systems integrator. We bring order to complex IT projects and make sure they move forward.
We work with our own method, which accompanies the deal and keeps progress visible at all times. For analysis we use AI, run locally wherever possible when critical data is involved.
As a boutique IT consultancy, we take care of everything IT in acquisitions, divestitures and complex transformations. We are at our strongest where the time pressure to decide and act is extremely high.
Projects are about getting things done. Slides are nice to look at, but we want to have an impact. So we roll up our sleeves and do whatever it takes in every phase to move forward, even when it is not in the role description.
We have worked in consulting and in industry, held management roles there and advised executive boards, always focused on IT or strategic organisational development. That is why we speak the language of every level.

Managing Director
Transformation leader with more than 15 years of experience in automotive, mechanical engineering and consulting, including leadership roles at Porsche AG. Andreas combines a deep understanding of processes in procurement, finance and general management with solid IT expertise. He stabilises teams, orchestrates experts and steers programmes pragmatically to results.

Transformation leader with more than 13 years of experience in automotive, consulting and complex IT programmes, including leadership roles at Volkswagen AG. Michaela delivers large-scale turnaround projects as well as ERP and procurement transformations. She builds trust across all levels of an organisation, stabilises difficult situations and delivers results.
Operations Consultant
More than 10 years of experience in energy, IoT and start-ups, with a solid engineering background (M.Sc. Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering). Jana builds partner networks, negotiates at decision-maker level and leads cross-functional teams with a clear focus on KPIs.
For specialist topics, we maintain a partner network, from IT service providers and specialist software vendors to experts in infrastructure, ERP, data migration and security. Work with us, and you get this network too. We are a member of the German Federal Association of Mergers & Acquisitions (Bundesverband M&A) and an Odoo partner, and our partners include Procuros and Sourcera AI.
In transactions, we work with information that must not get out. This is how we handle it.
If you like, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share any details of your project.
Client data is stored in our Microsoft 365 tenant with data residency in the EU.
Where critical data is involved, we use locally run AI wherever possible. We only use other services where necessary, and always with a data processing agreement.
We return or delete documents from data rooms and projects once the work is complete, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them.
