ERP with Odoo. Productive in weeks, not years

An ERP that fits your size and grows with you.

What is ERP with Odoo?

Odoo is a modular ERP suite from Belgium. Finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, projects and HR run on one platform with a shared database. You start with the modules you need today and add more as your company grows. And with a European solution, you are less dependent on the large US vendors.

We are a certified Odoo partner and implement Odoo wherever speed matters, for example for a new unit after a carve-out. In our experience, Odoo is implemented far faster than the established ERP systems and sometimes costs only a fraction. It suits companies with up to around 1,000 employees and already makes sense for very small organisations.

“We want business management software to be accessible and user-friendly for everyone.”

When ERP with Odoo helps

  • A new unit needs its own ERP

After a carve-out, the clock is ticking. Finance, inventory management and HR have to run in your own system from day one.

  • The current ERP is too big, too expensive or too rigid

Licences and running costs outweigh the benefit to your business, and every change becomes a project of its own.

  • Processes run on Excel, e-mail and isolated tools

Orders, invoices and stock levels share no consistent data, so you cannot run important analyses in real time.

Our approach in four phases

  1. Phase 1

    Processes and scope

    Goal
You know what Odoo covers in the standard and where it needs adjustments.
    What we do
We map your core processes, from quotation to invoice, and agree with you which modules you need to get started.
    Outcome
A clear project scope with modules, data sources and timeline.
  2. Phase 2

    Close-to-standard setup

    Goal
Odoo reflects your business without complex special solutions.
    What we do
We set up Odoo as close to the standard as possible and only use custom development where your business gains a concrete benefit from it.
    Outcome
A running system in the shortest possible time.
  3. Phase 3

    Data migration and testing

    Goal
Your system and your organisation are ready for day-to-day use.
    What we do
We migrate the data, test the key processes together with your team and train the users.
    Outcome
Clean data and a team that works confidently with the system.
  4. Phase 4

    Go-live and hypercare

    Goal
Your business runs in your system, on budget, on time and in quality.
    What we do
We support the go-live, fix start-up issues quickly and hand over to your team in an orderly way.
    Outcome
A running ERP that your team can operate on its own.

What you get

  • Fast and safe implementation

For a new unit that stays close to the standard, an implementation within a few weeks is realistic. That covers process design as well as data migration.

  • Transparent costs

In our experience, licences and running costs are well below the established systems, sometimes by a factor of six or more.

  • One platform for everything

Finance, inventory management, HR and much more in one system instead of many isolated tools with interfaces.

Duration and getting started

How long an implementation takes depends on the scope, the state of the data and the number of sites. For the core processes of a new unit, a few weeks is realistic. Our fastest project, a full ERP suite, was up and running after around eight weeks.

We start with a conversation about your business and your requirements. From that, we work out which scope we recommend for Day 1 and how we get there.

Questions about ERP with Odoo

Which companies is Odoo suitable for?

Odoo already works for very small organisations, sometimes from a single person, and in our experience up to around 1,000 employees. Thanks to its modular structure, you can easily extend the functions you use as your business grows.

Can Odoo replace our current ERP?

In our experience, replacing an existing ERP system is possible. First, though, we check individually where Odoo can cover your processes in the standard. Where it cannot, we tell you before you put money into an implementation.

How do updates work with Odoo?

Odoo publishes a major release once a year. Together we assess whether the new features justify an update for your business, and we carry it out with you. You receive security updates every week, so your system stays up to date during the year as well. Our customisations can usually be updated. The closer you stay to the standard, the easier and faster an update is.
