Starting point
The system supports a core process that runs across all vehicles and all markets. It had been in development for years and had never gone into production.
It was not the technology that blocked it. The business and IT could not agree on what to build first. Cross-cutting topics such as works council approvals fell between responsibilities and were left undone.

The first system component went into production exactly on the planned date, the second follows eight weeks later. The system stabilises a process that runs across all vehicles and markets and opens up options for the client that show directly in the results.
Agreement on priorities no longer depends on the individual meeting but on a procedure that both sides own jointly and that keeps working without outside support.
